The AF speed will be acceptable as long as the light is good, the big issue would be burst speed. I'd recommend the DS or DS2 because of the larger buffer and higher write speeds, but don't expect to get a large number of shots in the buffer (7-8 max), expect to wait for the buffer to clear

I've liked Rick Womer's On the Way to Work theme as it provides a little glimpse into his daily life. His way to work is far different from mine, walking past suburban areas, cemeteries and the like, full of human history. This is one of the things I see on the 20 mile drive to work.
