st checked the perms on zope, and it's owned by root. Started it, looked at
the processes owned by root (ps -u root) and 'python' shows up, with the same
PID as Z2.pid. Is there an easy way to fix this?

We've got Zope 2.2.2 installed on a Linux box. We want to be able to use
the full-up python that's on the box instead of the python interpreter
that comes with Zope for playing with External Methods.
Is there any way to circumvent Zope's python in this way?
If not, what's the easiest way
manage_addDTMLMethod, etc, but nothing for a product.
The way I've got my data stored is in a combination of dictionaries
and lists... it was an ugly enough process to export it - now
importing it seems worse.
Any help would be appreciated.

that this kind of manipulation is very brittle, in my
experience. If you can come up with a lessmanipulative approach then
you'll probably be happier in the long run...acknowledging, of course, that
this was a road I went down as well, so I didn't come up with anything
better either. ;)

of thing that I think is appropriate in setup.py. The tests will
now fail (I assume, since I believe Christian Z added testbrowser
tests for the failure caused by the ClientForm bug) with a lower
version of ClientForm, so it is appropriate to set the value in
setup.py.

BTW, I'd also like to make a final release of zc.copy, replacing its
code with dependencies/imports from
when to do this yet, if you are only able to go to PyCon
certain days, say so here, so we'll know when we can get the most
participants.
I'm supposed to be at PyCon, but I haven't seen the confirmation yet.
