less than 40 computers and we're using ethernet switches. I suppose
switches are different from routers in that NetBEUI should work in switches,
right?

The web-java client needs port 5800 and 5900. Are both allowed to pass
through your proxy? OTOH, if the problem occurs only when you're at office, isn't it

is configured to filter ping in both directions (ie from outside to inside and vice
