The issue seems to be due to too much being pushed into too small a field.
If you really need all those assignee groups, then edit the
SYS:ViewSelectionCompanyRoleMapping and modify the database field so the
input value of 255 is increased a bit more to support what's being pushed
was searching on didn't match. I found that I could get
it to match using samAccountName. Once I switched it to
samAccountName=$\USER$ in my LDAP it started working for me.

the user creating the report is using said fields. After that I'd check
to make sure she's correctly converting the time if you're not using
Remedy's ODBC driver. Hope that helps.

On the filter that checks the incoming email, modify the runif qual to
check if the from address is your ARsystem email address.

Just modify your qualification to see if the from address is ARsystem's
email address. If you're getting an incomming email from ARsystem its a
bounceback.
