You can still get genuine body parts from MB for the W124... I bought a
hood and fender for mine at one point. W123 too, last time I looked... I
need a fender for my 83 300D. I really have to get around to ordering that.

There are a few who use diaper pins still. Not so common, since it sucks to
give a baby tetanus. Now a days the diaper comes with a really useful wrap
device with velcro seals. No prick and bleed, can zip the kid up real tight,
and does help to keep the explosions contained. I said help,
