cvs remove is very particular, it doesn't let you use wildcards, I think
trying to avoid mistakes of horrible consequence. So, to remove a file
from cvs, you must first delete the file using the rm command, and then
do the cvs remove. So you must remember the file
regret to report that I am not that Ted Pedersen. There are two of
us. I have been in contact with the other Ted Pedersen some time ago,
but no longer have a valid email address for him.
I used to have a personal web site for Ted, but it is no longer
functioning. Here's the best I could find

BTW, my criterion for inclusion is that the paper must specifically say
that NSP or Similarity was used, and provide a citation to the system
(either via a url, paper reference, or both).

This note is to let you know that, thanks to much advice
and became
our label. I don't know if this is the best label or not, but it's a
remarkably effective heuristic (if your goal is to simply match). Now, if
your goal is to do meaningful labels, you probably shouldn't just look for
text in the image and assign that!
