Assignment Engine comes as part of the AR Install
Other two comes in as part of the Atrium Core Install. If you have already
installed these, you can check in the SHARE:Application Properties to see if
these are listed in there

needing to be installed (I thought we installed this already, I'll check), but
CMDB and Product Catalog as well? We only have license for Change Management.
