The brew group is not an actual E61, is has the name Crem on it which is also
the company name for Expobar. It is actually a nice group as they explained to
me that it has more space over the shower screen which is good for
conversion are complete and the instructions for

Todd, are you sure about your statement pertaining to brew pressure? I thought
that was only true of the steam boiler. How can the brew pressure circuit build
pressure when it's an open circuit, i.e. with the lever all the way down?

Well I wasted about $20 worth of coffee thinking that it was a

It sounds like the high limit on the brew boiler tripped.
Unplug the machine and push the red button on the high limit and then try it
again.

Inside the steam wand is a Teflon tube that inserts into the steam tip. It
sounds like it is not sealing properly. Take off the steam tip and then make
sure the Teflon tube is inserted into the tip.

time. It will cost a little more to do all of them but then you can be sure
that you will have solved the problem.

The brew gauge at 9 when brewing is perfect.
The steam boiler is fine at 1 but we normally set them up to cycle between 1.2
and 1.4 bar which will give you a little more steam pressure but it is not a
big deal.

The steam boiler was over filled due to the loose wire. Open the hot water
knob as it heats and let the extra water blow off into a container until the

When you switch out the vibe for a rotary pump you still keep the OPV and
it is located on the outlet of the rotary pump. When with the rotary pump
the OPV is just a safty relief that will open up if the boiler overheats.
We set them to open at 11 bar. The pump/brew pressure is set at the
heating.

I am guessing that there is corrosion or mineral build up on the plunger,
part E and or F.
You can take that apart without removing the valve body (F) from the
machine.
It may or may not work and if does I can't tell for how long.
