Canon tells me that the lens hood on my brand new 600mm f/4 L is non
sercivable. I have to buy a new one from them. I'm on hold now after
asking for an escalation of technical support.

I've found it to be slow and fairly restrictive about how photos have to
be organized, but otherwise really cool. Once cropping is added, it
will be even better. :)
