options. I always use continuous reading, even for large docs. A 20 page
doc is not so large as to be cumbersome.

My trash folders are set to delete whenever I exit outlook, and I check this
regularly to be sure that is actually happening.
My all mail folder is configured that once a message is deleted, it is
deleted from that folder as well.
