I've used CatInfo in all the subcategories of VimTip, and done some
rewording of the category descriptions.
I've experimented with the wording of Category:C,

category is under Category:Browse). That includes putting Category:TeX under
Category:LanguageSpecific.
There is one category which seems to be unused. It's possibly a left-over
