reason behind it, it is difficult to give a recommendation.
Why would you setup 100’s of companies, assign a bunch of users unrestricted,
and then not want to have multi tenancy setup? These all contradict each
other.
We have been running preload in production with a 86400 check interval, chache
persistence enabled, lifespan enabled, and connection lifespan 15 minutes. We
haven't had any major issues with this. Sometimes if we manually flush the
cache IE users need to remove their temporary internet files

Avya had plugins to integrate with Remedy. The plugins are typically bare
bones and need some tweaking, but should give you a baseline. I think
AttivaSoft also had a product out there that did something similar, but

a full blown Tomcat installation. With Mid-Tier it is just installing the
essentials. I always opt to install Tomcat prior to installing Mid-Tier.

team has to perform their work with respect to the overall SLA (not exceeding

We are have several issues with the CMDB. We have cleaned up a lot of them,
but as we clean up one issue another pops up. We are on an upgrade of ITSM
7.6.04 SP4 from ITSM 7.1. The upgrade failed to load a few critical pieces.
