I have been vaccinating Harley for rabies because a bat got in the garage a couple years ago. The bat was not caught and tested. That is the only vaccine he gets, and when his FeLV progresses to an active form, I will not vaccinate him anymore. I skipped a year between vaccinations too

I think you can have titers run on the little one when she is older to see what her immunity level is.I believe they are relatively expensive compared to vaccinations but even rabies titers are accepted in many states including Ky which is not a pet friendly state
