Hi Michael, the game is just called Zombies. It is free on the app store, I don't have my ipad in front of me at the moment so cannot look up the author. I was able to get some more info on it, apparently what you are supposed to do is move your device around when you hear a zombie or a rat.

Hi, if I understand the documentation correctly, he does not include any music with the download. There is a folder called "musics" in the technoshock folder. You can place mp3's and/or playlist files in this folder and they are supposed to play, but I have not tried this function out yet. G
