thing either so you might want to pull gently on the outside handle
with one hand while pushing the door open with the other.

You can be damned sure that if your tyre shop didn't ask what pressure you
wanted in your tyres, they will be pumped up to 30psi a corner - if not
more. They will also have pumped them all up

holding the axle flange to the diff haven't worked loose.
If it does turn out to be the bearing, make sure that the shop
has the proper tool so that the hub doesn't get bent trying to get
it off.

I think the oil gauge is very sensible since you really want
to check pressure at engine speeds other than just idle.

I had only done up a couple of the bellhousing to engine bolts
before I noticed.
Moral of the story: put locking pliers on that pin to hold it
from falling in before replacing transmission. Sorry you had to

I've had this exact same thing happen with a non-LBC.
Turned out to be a bad clamp on the negative battery
terminal. If I tapped on it or twisted it, it would
restore the lights, but the minute I tried the starter
(the heaviest electrical load), it would go out with a
pop.

I did the corvette air shock conversion a couple months ago and lifted a
somewhat sagging rear of the car as well as restoring more reasonable camber
angles. Its been great for street usage. But Im hoping to do some
autocrossing this summer and Im thinking that I will want to bleed some
elusive vacuum leak this way and am feeling rather proud of myself. It
turned out
to be the tube from the EGR valve to the intake manifold. I didn't realize
that there
was a steel tube under all that braiding - a steel tube perforated by rust

that I bought in 1981 and drove as a daily driver (snow and rain) until

I would also check the thrust washers. When they fall
out, the crank can make a whirring noise as it is no longer
riding on an oil film. Plus it gives a strange feeling to
the clutch.

group backroads drive. Very laid back. Just a relaxed

Sent this last night but I didn't know
on the Canley Classic site.
Why GL1? I would want to use something more modern than that although
overdrive transmission lubricants are admittedly one of the biggest
disagreement areas on our cars.
I agree, once you get used to that OD, it's hard to drive without it!

Unfortuneatly I don't think my budget extends to custom covers
at this point. I like your idea, though, and think the
Miata seats would look quite good with houndstooth in the

trunnion bushes and both means the wheels bearings
need adjustment or replacement.
If I had to guess, I would say bad bushings in the flexible
coupler as the most common.

The coils job is to take the relatively low voltage that
comes in on the +
terminal and convert it to high voltage out the ignition wire
to the
distributor each time the coils terminal is grounded.
The Alison units job is to ground the coils terminal at
the exact right
time.
Obviously you

Keep the 6 volt, hook up to 6 volts and see if it actually makes a
difference (uncharted waters).

sure how you are using a tool that ends up with it bent.
