While it isn't as well known or as established if you want something that is

blogging tool than the type of crm you are looking for but it is worth a
look.

As far as the CSS declarations generated by List-O-Rama just move them over
to the stylesheet then delete them from the page. You can't expect an
extension to look for an external stylesheet and move code over to it.
