My take on the subject.
1. If the antenna is outdoors, Then use Article 810 of the 1999 code
2. If interior then use Article 820 of the 1999 code.
Outdoor installations are very concerned with lightning strikes and power
line crosses.
Note that 820 allows
pole isolation is acceptable - but, then, you don't use LN markings

A little more on the grounding issue for Kelly.
Rich mentioned the problem can occur (voltage potential between different
grounds in a building) if the grounded service conductor(neutral) is
grounded at more than one location. This would certainly cause the problem.
That along with additional
that the CE marking means that a product complies with
ALL European directives that apply to it.

PPS: Now pretty much back in the Compliance job market doing various
contract assignments - and, hopefully, I'll
to the
standard in Ed 3 in terms of the risk-assessment requirements - which could
be quite significant in the current context, and of which I have done quite
a lot over the last few years)?
Any pointers would be most appreciated.
Many Thanks in advance.

I'm sure you will find a good berth in the near future - been laid off 5
times so far myself (last time was Oct last year), and most times I was
lucky enough to get something reasonable in a relatively short time J
All the very best.
