Has anyone had any experience or heard anything about this refuge for FeL
My vet suggested this as a possibility to help a non-FIV (double negative)
cat with Stomatitis, but he responded so well to the Atopica & teeth removal
it wasn't needed, even the atopica was tapered off.

I think when they are born with with as opposed to being affected as an
adult they just usually have much shorter life spans. Knowing love & good
care in that time is what matters.

For the first time ever I had luck with this, young adult injured feral
kitty who tested FIV+ & a light FELV+. 6 wks later he is FELV negative
confirmed by IFA!
Can't go back outside due to injury issue so still have to find a safe

Ditto, I do a ton of work with ferals and best to trap the kitty asap to
work with if there are hopes of socializing. Sure you can make "friends"
over time but the feral kitten mortality rate is very high so best to bring
in and will also make the chances of true socialization much more

failure (had to dilute blood to even get a BUN over 300, they couldn't
measure it on the E-vet equipment) and she also battled anemia, and I recall

How were his liver values? He isn't "yellow" at all (whites of eyes,
insides of ears)? Just worry about hepatic lipidosis, the couple of
run ins we've had with it were very, very sick cats but a friend just
had a rescue who looked so good (also eating pretty well) they had no
idea she was jaundi

Was it an anaphylactic shock reaction? I lost a 5 month old little feral

Hi Vite drops are a good iron supplement, available at most vets I think &
not particularly expensive. It does have other vitamins/minerals in it, so
