Michael; Just because there are addresses in PM that you don't want in the Apple Address Book (AAB), doesn't mean that you can't still use the latter to synch to. Just set it up so that PM updates itself from the AAB, but that the AAB does NOT get updated from PM. You'll have all of your AAB con

As far as the RMW is concerned, 'recent' means a) anything received since the PM app was launched. I gets cleared out when PM quits or when you clear it manually using the two buttons at the bottom. It is not governed by elapsed time. Hope this helps; Rick -- G4/500 (DP) :: 768 MB RAM :: 10

I'm still trying to find a way to avoid Spam messages from showing up in the Recent Mail Window (RMW). I used to use the trick of moving the message into the trash and _then_ into its final destination folder, but this seems to no longer work. Here's my current set up: Filter 1: ALWAYS: run SpamS

I don't think that you can search via headers directly, but a possible workaround occurs to me: Filters *can* recognise specific headers. So, create a filter that looks for the header field that you want to search for, and set it to assign a particular label to any message with that field. Run thi
