the most common issue is that when SLM creates the z filter it puts parenthesis where you least expect them. Find the SLT # from SLM, use developer studio and go look at the filter generated. Are the paranthesis where you wanted? If not, go back fix in the SLT, rebuild, rinse repeat.

of specific contracts. Say you have 5 contracts that are each for 5 copies of a software. You can manage expiration, renewal, etc of each at the contract level. At the master contract level you manage the count of the 25 licenses and how much they are used.
