The only thing I found was a bunch of java.lang.ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException.
So there is probably some kind of bug somewhere.
It is an old version, so maybe they will just have to live with it, or maybe a
restart of the service once in a while will improve things. We will see...

Has anyone used something like and Abobe form or other universal means get an
incoming email template for use by the customer at large.
I am looking for a way to give my customers outside the firewall a template
that they can not alter but can be used

Hi,
Our email engine failed to process incoming emails two days ago, but
still works fine with outgoing emails, and we have the following error
messages, could some one have any idea about this problem and any
solutions?
we are in version 7.1 patch 3, window/sql platform

functioning one day (with outgoing working fine) when it was trying to
process a message with a big attachment. That one was 30M. Ours has
handled 10M properly. I'm not sure where the limit might

I thought about that, and I already removed all the emails from the
incoming mail box the email engine is pulling and moving some very small
size of emails in, restart the email engine, but still got the same
error

logs. I know BMC has this setup with their support, so it's got to be
feasible. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or where the attachments
go. Non-template incoming email, and incoming mailbox is not setup to parse
and execute as it is strictly setup for customer email
Attachments do work... we do not have templates configured here and get
the attachments on the tab. Take a look in the form AR System Email
Attachments -- is there anything there?
