Hi Folks,
Today Pewter got her booster shots for as they call it distemper feline
leukemia, and rabies. SHe manages to get in my rrom with regularity. This is
where I keep Junior my FELV+ kitty.
Next week is the one year anniversary of his positive test. He had a rough

The swelling in the lymph nodes has gone down. so I guess it was infection
after all. Still not sure where it originated. The most swelling was on his
left side. I do not think his teeth are involved. This is just another
battle in the war.

I must say Junior is quite the fighter. His lymph node behind his ear has
been swollen for a while. The swelling would usually go down at night. He
seems to has less sight than before. Most of the swelling is on the side of

Talk about confused! I don't understand why your vet would be
suggesting pts when Junior appears to be doing better. I'd think
seriously about finding yourself a different vet. It could be that she
just wants to prepare you for the worst case scenario, but it sounds
