What Abd ul- Rahman does is probably not exactly what you want
aesthetically but the same principle can be used to cover off almost any

in the netlist manager, the menu button at the bottom left. Select
Update primitives from component pads. Simple. This assumes that you have
the correct net at the component pads still and you didn't loose that net
connectivity.

In answer to the orignal question, I have never heard of any method
to support more footprints within a library symbol, I doubt there is one.

reports 99% completion in the first 10 seconds of running a particular
process. It can take 20 minutes or more to complete the last 1%.

Protel just doesn't seem to even want to try. Sometimes it is not even the
effort but a feeling that the company does care and is trying to do

Protel, restarted, system came back up with everything working normal. A day
and a half later I have not seen the same problem again (in the past I have
seen this several times and just want to avoid the slow shutdown, restart
routine).
