1 is the activator.
Granted I've no clue how difficult that would be in practice, since I'm no

(JAWS, Window-Eyes, System Access, etc). Feel free to test your site with

You may disable the virtual cursor by hitting Insert + Z. It's a toggle, so
simply repeat the key combination to reactivate the virtual cursor -- JAWS
