I also have customers that pay $350 for 6 megs.
We don't bill for speed out here though. Everyone gets to go as fast as I

Yes. We're working on this from a couple of different angles.
First, we've got a couple of lawyers (one an ex wisp) working on an FAQ or
whitepaper so that we all know exactly what the law says, in layman's terms.
Second, we've been talking to the FCC and FBI. We'll likely end up
developing

However, the FCC must take some credit for that problem Patrick. How many
times have you been told that operator a has turned in operator b for an
illegal network and never heard a peep out of the FCC?

Hi All,
I have a water tower that's kicking my tail. I've been through a slug of sb
and inscape and compex ap's. Everything works for a little while then
either outright dies or starts flaking out.
Power seems to be fine, and there are NO pumps at this local. I've got
grounding and lightn
No, the tx power won't help with a site survey.
AND that little antenna can't have more than a couple of dB of gain...
I still like my Lucent Gold card with a 24 dB grid.
