Please be careful with Aleve. It ate holes in my Mother's stomach and caused
internal bleeding which no one picked up and her hemoglobin went down to 8 and

This is how I got rid of a nasty sinus infection. I think the trick is bending
over and letting it get into the upper sinuses as well. While bent over I also
turn my head to the left and right to target the sinuses there as well.

Alternatively you can keep it wet with castor oil until it comes together and
you can pull it out. Change the dressing several times a day so it always
stays
wet with the castor oil. I have used castor oil successfully for this purpose.
